AI automationby Mehta Foundry
AI automation · scoped in writing

Automate the retyping, sorting and chasing. Keep the final say.

Documents, shared inboxes, enquiries, reports and data that moves between your tools. Each workflow is scoped up front and tested on your own material, and anything doubtful waits for a person. Our flagship, Doc-to-Data, has fixed prices from USD 1,200.

AI automation services

Every service runs on your own accounts, keeps a log you own, and holds anything that sends, posts or changes records for your approval. Apart from Doc-to-Data, each one is scoped per project: send a short brief and we’ll reply with a written scope and a fixed price.

Flagship · fixed price

Doc-to-Data: documents to checked records

The problem: invoices, statements, shipping papers, leases and payment applications arrive as PDFs and someone retypes them.

What you get: the fields pulled out, every document checked, clean records sent to your system and anything doubtful held for approval.

Typical turnaround: 10–15 working days · From USD 1,200

Scoped per project

Inbox triage and drafted replies

The problem: a shared inbox fills up with mixed requests. Someone sorts it by hand and retypes the same answers.

What you get: each email labelled with your categories, replies drafted only from your own policies, and anything sensitive or unclear flagged for a person. Nothing is sent until someone approves it.

Typical turnaround: 8–12 working days

Scoped per project

Website help answers from your documents

The problem: customers ask the same questions, and the answers already sit in your help pages and PDFs.

What you get: answers on your website that come only from your own pages, with the source passage shown and clearly marked as automated. Questions your pages don’t cover go to your team, and a log shows what people asked.

Typical turnaround: 10–15 working days

Scoped per project

Internal knowledge search

The problem: staff hunt through drives, procedures and contracts, or keep asking the one colleague who knows.

What you get: a private search for the folders you choose. Each answer quotes the document and links to it, and people only see what their folder access allows.

Typical turnaround: 10–15 working days

Scoped per project

Lead capture to CRM

The problem: enquiries from forms, email and marketplaces reach the CRM late or not at all, without company details or an owner.

What you get: every enquiry lands in your CRM once, with company details added, scored against your rules and assigned to an owner, plus a first-reply draft for approval. No cold outreach and no list buying.

Typical turnaround: 5–10 working days

Scoped per project

Scheduled reports

The problem: someone rebuilds the same weekly or monthly numbers by hand from exports.

What you get: your agreed figures calculated on a schedule from sheets, exports or a database, with a short written summary that states only calculated numbers and flags gaps such as missing days. Delivered by email, Slack or a sheet.

Typical turnaround: 5–10 working days

Scoped per project

Data sync between your tools

The problem: the same orders, contacts or invoices are retyped from one tool into another.

What you get: records kept in step between two or three of your tools, such as a shop, a CRM, accounting software or a sheet. Mismatches are held for review instead of being overwritten, and a daily log is kept.

Typical turnaround: 5–10 working days

Scoped per project

Product catalogue content

The problem: product pages carry thin supplier copy, missing attributes and no search fields.

What you get: titles, descriptions, attributes and search fields drafted from your product data and brand rules. Every claim is checked against your source data, products with missing facts are flagged, and you approve before we hand over an import file.

Typical turnaround: 5–10 working days per catalogue

Scoped per project

Document checklist and expiry checks

The problem: onboarding packs for suppliers, subcontractors or tenants arrive incomplete, and certificates expire unnoticed.

What you get: incoming documents checked against your checklist, missing or expired items flagged, a chase email drafted for approval, and a tracker with expiry reminders. These are checklist checks, not legal or compliance advice.

Typical turnaround: 10–15 working days

Example

Doc-to-Data on example documents

These example document sets are not client work. Each set has problems placed in it on purpose, so you can see what the checks catch and where each document is routed. In the accounting set one document was misread; the tab explains it, and it went to review rather than slipping through.

Example walkthroughs for the other services

The shop, emails, help pages and orders below are examples, not client work, and they don’t show results for any business. • Revenue was USD 20,773 from 119 orders, 12.0% above the average of the previous four weeks (USD 18,554).
  • By category: Lighting USD 8,056 (+3%), Bedding USD 6,612 (+16%), Kitchen USD 3,140 (+30%), Decor USD 2,965 (+13%), each against its four-week average.
  • Lighting refunds were 9.4% of Lighting orders this week, against 4.3% over the previous four weeks. Worth a look at returns notes for that category.
  • No Marketplace orders appear in the export for Wed 7 Oct. Check whether the marketplace feed ran that day before reading the channel totals.

Questions

Why are only Doc-to-Data prices listed?

The other services depend on your tools, volumes and data. We scope each one in writing and quote a fixed price before any work starts.

Does anything send, post or change records on its own?

Not by default. Replies, CRM updates, imports and chase emails wait for your approval. If you later want a step to run without approval, we agree that in writing first.

Can you guarantee 99% accuracy?

No. We measure each workflow on your own material and show you the results table. Anything uncertain goes to a person instead of into your records.

Do you give tax, legal or customs advice?

No. The checks catch arithmetic, format, completeness and consistency problems. Decisions about tax treatment, classification, contracts or compliance stay with you and your advisers.

What if our documents are scans or every supplier uses a different layout?

That’s normal. It’s exactly why the acceptance test runs on your real documents and why anything that doesn’t reconcile goes to review.

Who are we working with?

Mehta Foundry, a software, security and production studio. This site covers its AI automation services. More about Mehta Foundry.

Can we start small?

Yes. Start with one workflow on one inbox, one document family or one report. If it earns its keep, add the next one later.
